Extended Day Trip – Swordfish
This trip is all about catching the big one. You and the crew will be fishing in deep water with electric LP reels searching for a monster Sword. While on the sword ground expect to catch some mahi that may come up to the boat. On the way in we usually make a few drops for grouper and tilefish
3/4 Day Trip
This trip allows a little more time to venture further offshore, giving anglers a better shot at big Mahi and Tuna. We also make some drops for deep water fish off the coast of south Florida.
Full Day Trip
On a full-day trip with Reel Contender, you’ll experience the best sport fishing that South Florida has to offer. Our trip includes trolling for big game fish, kite fishing for sailfish, deep dropping to uncover the hidden fish, and bottom fishing for a variety of reef dwellers.
1/2 Day Trip
Depending on the time of the year, we will be targeting Wahoo, Mahi, Tuna, and Sailfish. We may also make some deep drops looking for other deep-water species.
